Our office is in Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205, Bangladesh. You are welcome to visit us during working hours (Saturday–Thursday, 9 AM–9 PM). We also work with clients remotely across all of Bangladesh and internationally via WhatsApp, Zoom, and email.

Pricing

Our website packages start from ৳5,000 for a basic 3–5 page business website. A complete custom corporate site typically costs ৳8,000–৳25,000 depending on pages, features, and complexity. E-commerce stores start from ৳15,000. Contact us for a free quote tailored to your exact needs.
Logo design starts from ৳1,500. A complete brand identity kit (logo + colours + typography + business card + letterhead) starts from ৳5,000. Social media post design starts from ৳500 per design. For bulk packages (30-day social media pack etc.), we offer discounted rates. Ask us for a package quote.
Yes! For larger projects, we typically work on a 50% advance + 50% on delivery model. For very large projects (above ৳20,000), we can arrange 3-part instalment payments. We accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and cash. Discuss payment terms with us when getting your quote.
Absolutely none. We provide complete, transparent quotes before starting any work. The price we agree on is the price you pay. Domain and hosting costs (if any) are quoted separately and clearly upfront. There are no surprise fees.

Delivery & Process

Delivery time depends on the complexity. A basic business website takes 3–7 days. A full corporate website takes 1–2 weeks. An e-commerce store typically takes 2–4 weeks. Government portals and complex projects take 3–6 weeks. We always give you a clear timeline before starting.
To get started, we'll need: your business name & logo (if available), the type of website/service, your preferred colours/style (optional), your content (text, images — or we can help write content), and any reference websites you like. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we guide you through the whole process step by step.
All projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. We work closely with you throughout the project to ensure the result matches your vision. We won't consider the project complete until you are 100% satisfied with the outcome.
Yes, 100%. Once the project is paid and delivered, you own everything — the website files, domain (if registered by you), and all design assets. We will hand over all admin access and login credentials. You can host it wherever you like and update it yourself (or we can maintain it for you).

Support & Maintenance

Yes! All projects include 30 days of free after-delivery support. If you discover any bugs or issues within 30 days of delivery, we fix them at no extra charge. After that, we offer affordable monthly maintenance packages.

Yes! We offer website update and redesign services. Whether you need to add new pages, update content, change the design, fix bugs, or fully redesign — we can help. Send us your website link and describe what you need, and we'll give you a quote.
Yes! Our monthly maintenance packages cover regular updates, security checks, backups, content updates, and technical support. Packages start from ৳2,000/month. This is ideal for businesses that want to keep their website running smoothly without worrying about technical issues.

SEO is a long-term strategy. Generally, you'll start seeing noticeable improvements in rankings and traffic within 3–6 months, with significant results in 6–12 months. The timeline depends on competition, your industry, and how well the website is optimised. We provide monthly progress reports so you can see exactly what's happening.
We recommend a minimum daily ad spend of ৳500–৳1,000 to see meaningful results from Facebook Ads in Bangladesh. Our management fee is separate from your ad budget (ad budget goes directly to Facebook). Even with a small budget, we can generate quality leads and sales with the right targeting strategy.
Yes! We offer full social media management services including content creation, posting schedules, community management, and reporting. We can manage your Facebook Page, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube channel. Monthly packages are available — contact us for pricing based on your posting frequency.
